課程概述

本課程試圖從不同面向來介紹資訊科技對組織的影響,嘗試以不同的研究觀點,來探討資訊科技對組織發展、組織變革的衝擊。 

課程目標
本課程主要目標是:讓同學們能夠瞭解資訊科技對企業的影響,探詢組織變革、組織發展的各種研究途徑,並透過課程討論與報告,培養同學們的問題分析與邏輯推理能力。
